Poems about Life Archives - Page 13 of 13 - The Cracked Door

8/25/24 Haiku for the Day:

I am venturing
Forth into the great unknown.
Wish me good struggles.

Blast from the past:

Everything bores, bores, bores
I’m in meetings. Bored bored bored
For a time and no purpose
Longer than heaven

Never look backwards.
The person you had just met
Faded into dark.

Blast from the Past:

Nothing’s happening.
It’s just another day where
Nothing’s happening.

The lessons of life
Rarely come cheap. Their price is
Etched in my wrinkles.

Blast from the Past:

Examine your life,
All that you have built so far,
Do you feel happy?
